FAQ's

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from San Francisco, CA. We process orders during the evenings Monday-Friday and all day Saturday, most orders will be shipped Saturday mornings (unless otherwise stated). We ship via USPS Priority Mail. All postal holidays excluded.

 

Once I place my order, what happens next?
You will receive an order confirmation email stating when your item will be shipped.  We will also contact you if you have ordered an item that is back ordered or made to order, giving you an estimated shipping date . Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. 

 

What if I ordered the wrong size or would like to exchange an item?

No problem. We allow exchanges and returns (store credit given) within 21 days of shipped date. The item must be returned in perfect and unused condition in it's original packaging. Please contact us if you have any issues regarding your items & we will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

No returns on final sale items, clearance items, or any items purchased with a discount code. Final sale items include jewelry and sale items.

How can I check my order status?
You can track your package by going to USPS.com and typing in the tracking number we sent in your confirmation email. 

Do you ship to international destinations?
Yes we ship worldwide! Please refer to our shipping policies for all international orders.
